Bagara rice

Bagaara

Ingredients:

2 cups - Basmathi Rice
3 table spoon - Neyyi (Ghee)
1 - Carrot
50 grams - Green Batani
3 - Yalakulu
3 - Lavangalu
2 - Dalchina Chekka
6 - Geedi Pappu (Kaaju)
1 spoon - Daniya powder
2 spoons - Perugu (Curd)
1 katta - pudina
1 katta - kothhimeera
2 - onions (small cut cheyyali)
4 - green chillies (niluvu cut cheyyali)
1 - tomato (small pieces cut cheyyali)
1 spoon - salt
1 spoon - garlic paste

Method of preparation:
10 minutes Basmathi Rice Nanapettali

Stove velginchi

Oka burner meeda, 4 cups water vedicheyali

Vere burner meeda,
Pan lo Neyyi vesi, onions vesi, brown color vachhevaraku, 1 minute nimishamu vedi cheyali
tharuvatha green chillies, tomato, garlic paste, Carrot pieces, Green Batani, Yalakulu, Lavangalu, Dalchina Chekka, Geedi Pappu, pudina veyali, chitapatalade varaku agali

(Konni veyinchina Geedi Pappu pakkaku pettali)

Nanapettina Basmathi Rice Lo nunchi water thisivesi, Pan Lo veyali

2 minutes kalapali
First burner meeda unna 4 cups vedi water, dinilo kalapali
5 minutes high sim meeda unchali
[ Perugu kalapali ]
tharuvatha 5 minutes slow sim meeda unchali

decoration ki, pudina, kothhimeera, veyinchina Geedi Pappu veyali

Bagara rice ready!
5 minutes tharuvatha thinandi
